I have the same issue. I am being charged by these numbers even though they are missed calls.

I complained in Jan 2022 and had a hard time convincing ee that I hadn't made the calls.

I got them to put a bar on 3rd party services and £0 spend limit.

It has improved but I was still charged 5 times between then and now.

4 times £0.07 and 1 time £0.24. I will raise it with them again.

They should have something in place to protect their customers.

There is no charge to receive calls unless you are roaming.

@pangag : Why? Are you dialling them back or pressing any keys as you are listening to them? They are free to receive in UK.

No I am not doing anything just let them ring out. They show as missed calls on my phone.

That will not generate charges on your bill.
