Cannot block outgoing premium numbers

There's no option in the EE app or on the self service website to block outgoing calls to premium rate numbers.

How is it possible for me to block outgoing calls to premium rate 09 numbers?

Calling abroad & premium-rate, I believe, is disabled by default.

CS on 150 can check your individual account.

No, your solution is incorrect.
They are not blocked by default.

Premium rate numbers and international calls are blocked/unblocked together, this is crazy. Am I the only EE customer that only wants one of those blocked?

I called 150 and was unable to only unblock international calls.
