Terrible customer service

I sent a phone back before Christmas for an upgrade on the 27th of December I received a message to say they had received my old phone and to enjoy my new one…… this month I received a charge of £275 for a phone not received.. I have spoken to 4 customer service operators and have sent screenshots of the confirmation that they received the old phone .. I’m totally fed up and have been a customer for about 10 years.. the customer service and communication is the worst and I’m still no further in to resolving this matter. This has wasted hours of my time and I have yet had any response..

Where was it left the last time you spoke to our Mobile Care team? Is it still being looked into?
