My WiFi has been down for two days and I’m not sure what to do about it

Your home fixed line internet is down or WiFi from the router? 

Have you tried restarting your router.

@Chloemd02  What WiFi service do you have?

What router do you have and what lights are showing? Have you tried turning it off for a minute or two and trying again?

Like you can connect to the internet but it doesn’t work but the router is still on the colour it’s ment to be on 

EE, it’s letting us connect but it’s not working , it’s on the aqua colour it says it’s ment to be on it wen

No, but it is Openreach, part of the BT Group, that controls the BB lines & BT will report on the status of all OR lines.
