Getting charged for something that's already been sent back

Hi all

Has anyone else just received a letter from EE stating that they are going to be charged for a broadband hub that they've already sent back and have the proof that it's been delivered back to EE.

@TazminaKhan1992  When did EE receive it back ?  And did you request this item to be returned via the correct channels?      Just to add proof of delivery doesn’t mean it’s been processed as a return and until it’s processed as a return EEs systems will say it’s not been returned so a automatic letter is generated requesting the item back.
