The EE Hybrid Connect always shows a blue light on the front as if it is connected fine.
The EE Hub Manager always shows the Hybrid Connect as disconnected.
I have hard wired the Hybrid Connect to a port on the back of my Hub, but it still show as disconnected. I have also tried to reset the Hybrid Connect and still the same thing, it goes through a start up process where the lights flash different colours as it gets connected, but always end up with a blue light on the front, but show as disconnected in the Hub Manager.
Any ideas?
