I am currently on a 24mnth Fibre Plus Broadband at £33 per month. All my accounts were linked to mobiles and watches but for some reason my broadband has unlinked. Contract ends in June and was looking at upgrade options. At the moment only offer is 5g Broadband at £70 per month on 18mnth contract doubling my current cost. Is this really my only option with re as I currently have 3 mobiles and 2 watches and wanted to keep all in one place if possible.

Help with account and upgrade options required please

@jasoncmccann   there is no one on here with account access to be able to help you.

That said, I have always found it is best to give the Broadband Care Team a call, they should be able to fix your MYEE issue - hopefully as there does seem to be a few with similar issues - and they have access to the best upgrade deals. You may be a bit early if it is a like for like contract upgrade, but always good to do your homework.
