92 days I’ve been waiting for a connection, all because open reach messed. This is my problem how? 
promise after promises. Yet still no service.

Sorry Robbie. No offence, I’m seriously done with talking. Hours after hours I’ve spent on phone. Lost work time for missed appointments.
