I've had by fibre broadband installed, TV boxes arrived; installed but states that I have no subscriptions for TV. Any suggestions on how to fix/resolve?

Hi @KierenSS I can see you've had a pretty bad experience so far, with multiple order attempts getting stuck or failing. Unfortunately, your last order attempt was cancelled part way through processing, so you've received the TV box but a subscription hasn't actually been added to your account.
The complaint you raised on Tuesday is still open, so someone should pick it up and correct your account soon - I've requested an update to make sure this happens.

Thanks! Not a great experience at all. I will pick up with the complaints team again to get activated. Let's hope I don't get offered a fourth different contract 🙄.
