my tnt won't work on bt ee tv

my package has included BT sports for years then the box broke down and got new one, now it won't let me watch bt tnt sports no more? it says you need to set up tnt sports 1 or add add it to your tv package? press OK for more info? press OK and it says sorry were having trouble connecting with your ee tv subscription channels at the moment? with like error code the top BT1P-269" I'd appreciate anyone's help please🙏🏾
