999 calls via digital voice

DavidT7

Yesterday we had cause to make a 999 call via the landline through digital voice. We've recently been moved from BT to EE. We have had no issues with the landline for any other calls. However when we attempted the 999 call it didn't work and there appeared to be no dial tone.  There were no issues with the line itself at the time and calls to other numbers still worked fine. It was only the 999 call that didn't work. I don't know if this was a blip or if anyone may have any ideas on why it didn't work? I assume it should just  be a case of dialling 999 in the normal, way. No power cuts at the time.

Hi @DavidT7 I'm sorry, that's concerning, I hope everyone is ok? I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with your details and we'll raise this as a priority.

Thanks
