imho the best way is call 150 like I do, adjustments to the contract will have to be made in any case.
Make a cup of tea, get comfy, dial 150, put the phone on speaker and wait. I never wait much longer than twenty minutes but you could always try later at night, they’re open until 22:30 I believe.
