Samsung watch 4 overheating

My Samsung watch 4 has recently stop working it will turn on for about 5 minutes and the a warning signs comes on with device turn off needs to cool down then switches itself off any idea what to do.

Lost all my photo's

EE backed up from my phones yesterday as I was trading my old one in - all my apps have gone over, but 11,000 pictures/videos are missing Samsung have done a remote call and gone through my phone and confirmed these have not been backed up properly....
