i cant get my email on the s23 keeps saying there was a problem signing in to your account enter password again ,ive spoke to samsung about this i had to load all phone details to p.c. then factory reset phone re install all details this didnt work either i am ready to send phone back.

Have you set up the account correctly with the correct settings/password. It's unlikely to be the phone rather you have entered the incorrect details.

hi northerner been there all correct they are replacing the phone as i have done a factory reset to no avail

Are you talking about using your Blueyonder email addy as the username for your MyEE a/c?

no using it through samsung mail as an email account, getting issued a new phone as factory reset didnt help

Try the GMail app. I find Samsung Mail not very good.

Who is your email provider? What have you put as the Incoming Server settings (all of them) in your Mail app, obscuring your name?
