I've received 2 text saying my settings have been updated I should delete and restart my phone, other EE users in the house have not had any text wondering if it's a scam?

@Izzy2375  No it’s not a scam your network settings on your device have been updated. Other users might already be on the updated settings do obviously don’t get that message.

Could you post a picture or screenshot of this message? Or the exact wording of it?

 

No damage can be caused by restarting your phone - this is a perfectly safe thing to do.
