I have recently had my phone stolen and so had to get a new phone... I have been sent the phone without a new SIM and when I try to set up the phone with my apple ID it says it has sent a code to me... However, as I do not have my old phone, I can't receive this! - Anyone have any ideas on how to get around this as I am also unable to call since I don't currently have a working phone to call from....

Have you asked EE to send you a replacement SIM?
