Free earbuds with Samsung 21 fe.

I was told that I would receive free earbuds in the post due to upgrading to Samsung s21 fe. I still haven't received them. Does anyone know why?

Hi thanks for your reply.  I've spoken to someone from ee online help and they have organised for them to be posted out to me. So hopefully I will be receiving them soon.

Hi @Mi68 

 

As per this thread they are sent 15-30 days after purchase. If you haven't received them you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
