Qr app removal

I have a dodgy qr app on my phone and it won't allow me to remove it the usual ways. Any ideas please.

I have tried using the TotalAV software that detected it but when you press to remove my phone just turns itself off and won't remove it.

The TotalAV software called it. com.dmpsq.srthp

Try using PlayStore to remove it rather that the Phone.

Press and hold the App Icon, it should display 'App Info' or '!', go to Info, scroll down the List to Advanced, go to Advanced then scroll down to Store, App Installed from PlayStore, press it should open the PlayStore location with an UnInstall Button on the Top.
