Hello, my phone had an accident on weekend, either way screen cracked, no lights on it now and when I try to mount to pc and mac via google cable I don't see device. Ah. 

 

Any tips? I asked EE if any advice they could spare - you know when not making expensive ads about Can't Believe We Landed A Plane - but just shrugged off with a useless google repair link (prob to some franchise shop that sells vapes and screen protectors).

Unless you have insurance then you'll need to pay for a repair. 

 

EE have a repair service in some stores. See here EE repairs.
