I upgraded my contract and went for the oppo reno 8 Pro with a free oppo pad air.  I have received the phone but no tablet and can't find any information on it

You need to claim for it. On the page you ordered it from there was a "Find out more":

Participants must purchase an OPPO Reno8 Pro 5G during the Purchase Period, between 1/9/2022 and 29/9/2022. Then, visit www.OPPOClaim.co.uk and complete the online claim form. Purchase and a valid email address are necessary. Claim validation will take up to 28 days.

Hi

when I went to claim for the pad it states until the 28th September whereas the EE website states 29th September. I have submitted my claim on OPPO website but the whole reason I got this phone was because it came with the pad. Did anyone else have the same issues? I actually purchased this on the 29th September. Thanks

Hi @Niko5

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry but the offer for a free Oppo Pad Air with the Oppo Reno8 Pro handset was between 01 September - 28 September. Can you show me where it says 29 September?

If you took your contract out over the phone or through the website, you have 14 days to return the phone if you no longer want the contract.

Hi Chris

I didn't take a snapshot or a photo of it, but it definitely said the 29th September. The only shapshot I have is if I type it into Google it comes up with the date ranges mentioned above by another user. I don't know if you can see it clearly but is says under the EE shop ends 29th September and it most certainly said it when I took the order out. I have my proof of purchase for the 29th September too as a backup.

I don't want to return this phone, it's actually a really nice phone and I like it.

Thanks

Thanks for sending that screenshot, @Niko5.
I've sent you a private message to get some information from you. Please take a look and get back to me.
Thanks
Chris

@Christopher_G : It was there in the EE Shop for this particular model on Sun 25 Sept when I posted my reply which shows the offer ending on 29 Sept but, of course, it has gone now.

Thanks @XRaySpeX. 🙂

We're looking into it.

Chris

Hi if oppo take longer than 14 days and decline my application can I return the phone as the pad was the main reason I choose the deal. Thanks

@JFleety : The gift will not be dispatched within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period for the phone in case you back out of the phone during that period.
