Not receiving calls or messages

Hello

I have a problem with my sim card. I can make calls and send messages but can't receive them. I have full network, and everything seems to be ok but this issue. 

What do I have to do?

How about if you send a text message to yourself? Or send AL or BALANCE to 150, which should elicit an immediate response.
