E mail for handset unlocking team

Hope6
Explorer

Hi, I’ve a complex problem unlocking my phone. Was given the e mail by EE for the handset unlocking team, and can’t find the note I wrote it on.
Crazy that there’s no number for this team, apparently it’s e mail only. Can anyone help so I can contact them?
Many thanks

Hi @Hope6.

When did you make your initial unlocking request?

Have you had a response from your initial request?

Jon

Thanks for the replies.
I didn’t realise my phones were locked.
Entered PAC codes to leave, to then find there was a problem.
The various time delays ‘waiting’ to move over network then learning about the problem has pushed me to being days away from a holiday abroad. We need working phones so much to travel these days, that I’m now really concerned my phone service could fall into a black hole whilst away. I really need to talk to someone at EE to help advise and sort with me.
Any contacts you can suggest?
