EE buzzard 2 unlock code invalid

Hi,

I am attempting to unlock my EE Buzzard 2 device using the code provided by EE to my email.

I have already attempted to unlock the device using the code provided on a couple of occasions, but the device rejects the code as invalid.

I  also emailed handset.unlocking.team@ee.co.uk as advised on the email, but they only asking me for my imei number few times now and didn't help.

Can someone from there help me, please?
