Hi all , I been getting Samsung for years , anyways I ordered a s21-fe, everything went well took delivery ,and as normal take it out of the box to have a really good look , then to my horror there’s a scratch right across from right across to past the middle like an arc , I had it posted to me what should I do call? Email?
Hopefully someone from Samsung will see this

Did you buy a reconditioned handset or new?
Samsung phones have screen protectors and a plastic cover so the chances that a new handset are scratched is near impossible.
Either way you will need to speak to EE CS on 150.

If you bought direct from Samsung you can use the Samsung Members app to contact them.
If you bought from EE, take a picture with a date stamp immediately, call 150 and report it as damaged in transit so EE can claim the damage in transit.
