Hi I've recently upgraded my phone and now some of my apps don't work. My friend has the same phone and hers is OK, issue with phone? Would EE be able to swap do you think just for this issue?

Have you checked that you have the latest software? Also made sure that the apps have been updated?

All need to have the latest updates, sounds like this is what is the problem that is causing the apps not to work.

Which apps are not working for you?

Thanks for replying.  It just seems to be Virgin Money, I've uninstall it then downloaded again still no joy. I've even been into the bank and girl has the same phone and hers is OK looks like no issue with the banking app, just me 🙈🤣

It just goes round in circles, try to log in, put all my info and then just goes back to the beginning.

Hi @Bluewilma,

I'd recommend contacting your bank's technical support team for assistance.

It could be that you need to verify your details since changing your phone.
