I’ve called 150 3 times regarding the Netflix activation link not working and they are unable to help me. Any advise please as it takes me to my login and once logged in it says ‘this service is unavailable’.
I was told that the link was working at their end which is unhelpful because it’s not working for me.
I’ll also be paying for something that doesn’t work.

I had trouble activating my Netflix and Discovery+, the only way I managed to get it resolved was to raise a complaint via the web form.
They called me shortly after submitting it and were very helpful, from what I understand the resolution was that they needed to apply some workaround to my account but all has been working fine since.
