Hello has anyone had a problem with messages after leaving By this month 

Message keep going to my old sim bt said their help haven't Everytime I log into ee says I'm a business account I'm not 🚭 I'm just personal phone user  be happy if you have any answers pls

Just a normal message I can send message from my ee phone and the message goes to my husband old sim  

He can txt out but not receive

 

Just a normal message he send txt out but can't receive them go to his old sim in phone

When did you call EE to cancel you contract or when did you port you no. away?
