I have received a text message from my Bank saying you have tried to take money out of my account when i said when i took out my contract i get paid on the 11th of each month.
You have now done this twice and i have now incurred bank charges so please can you sort this out.

You need to change your payment date in your online MyEE a/c under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.
