Request for Refund of Mistaken Top-Up

Dear EE Team,

 
I hope this message finds you well. I recently topped up my account (mobile no ************) by mistake. I have since left the UK and am currently abroad with no definite return date. I kindly request that the amount be refunded to my bank account.

You have just posted your bank and phone number for ALL the internet to use. 

PAYG is not refundable, but if you want to call EE CS on 150 then please try them. There is no customer account access on these forums.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.
