SiM inactive?

Hi there,

I paid for a top off to get one of the data packages for my SIM. It won’t work and it keeps showing an error.

1. What’s the issue?

2. If it’s inactive and I am unable to use this SIM / phone number, how do I request a refund?

How long ago was the SIM card last used before you topped up? 

What error message shows?
