Ps5 add to plan

Hi trying to add PlayStation 5 to my account add to plan deal when I click on confirm order it just keeps giving me the loading symbol and won’t pass the checkout stage . I’ve refreshed the website stil same issue . I contacted EE because it’s an add to plan they can’t add it over the phone and must be done online I’ve tried everything but nothing works highly frustrating any advice would be appreciated
