Hi,

 

I am due an upgrade on my phone but I also have an tablet that I would like to cancel, I got this for my son but he doesnt use it

Welcome to the community.

You can upgrade the phone through your My EE account. To cancel the tablet, you'll need to speak to our Mobile Care team, so it may be worth doing both of them at the same time by calling 150.
