I placed an order for Nintendo switch added onto my contact 

paid £10 upfront cost and had no email or texts since 

when I put it in the order tracker it says it cannot be found

If it was in stock, you should have heard by now, @Rushworth.

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check the order for you.

Every time I try to do anything else about it it just redirects me back to this.. is there no way you could check for me?

I'm not sure what you mean, @Rushworth. Have you tried calling 150 from the EE phone?
