Timescale for new lines

Hi, I joined EE from Vodafone in Dec,  I have my Apple Watch cellular connected to my plan,  and wanted to connect my Amazon echo device also, but customer service say I can’t have a new line as used them it with watch connection and not been with them long enough to get any more.   What is the timescale for getting new lines ?

@alistairmck1  the dot isn’t a new line you don’t pay for it as it’s a free service.  

If you have an EE pay monthly plan, text ALEXA to 150 and follow these steps once we reply:

 1. Download and open the Amazon Alexa app

 2. Select Settings on the left hand menu

 3. Select Communication

 4. Tap on EE

 5. Follow the instructions to link your account

 6. Select EE as your calling preference
