Hello,
I’ve been provided with a business phone on a business contract and I was told I could pick n inclusive benefit from a list of options.
In order to pick my inclusive benefit, I created an ee account and tried to link my business phone. I get the SMS code, but then the link process fails.
Is there an alternative way for me to pick my inclusive benefit? Or my only option is to ask the manager of the ee account for the whole company?

You can try texting “Pick” to 150 to select the inclusive extra, or please speak to your business account manager to get this set up.

It is the business account holder/decision maker who is ordinarily needed to make any changes to said account.
