what is going on with instagram

it has been like this for 2 days, restarting browser does not fix it

Are you using a web browser to access Instagram? 

If so, have you tried the app?

the app does work but i want to use instagram on my laptop

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache and opening a new web browser? 

Could you also try a different web browser?
