Mobile apps not working on data

Hi, have an obscure issue with apps not working on mobile data. This seemed to start after a trip abroad where apps did work with data roaming but stopped working when back home.

If i put someone elses sim in my phone apps work ok
oddly maps and safari work on data, just apps like instagram, tiktok, snapchat wont work
I have tried a brand new replacement sim from ee but same issue
have reset phone and same issue.
spoke to ee in 150 but they did not have a clue and wanted to palm me off.

has anyone else seen this issue and if so any ideas how to resolve?

Hi @Gazza00 

Have you checked your content lock settings in your EE app. Those apps are normally blocked by default by the content lock settings.
