why is my phone saying that 'could not activate cellular data network'  you are not subscribed to a cellular data service. I have bought 150 mb add-on of data can someone advise?

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Are you in the UK or roaming?

Can you make calls and send texts?
