I've changed my plan from 5gb data to 10gb data from last December 2021 When i bought new sim plan but every month when its renew they put me back to 5gb data then i have to send screen shot, leaflets. Even my left over data is not rollover. Luckily I still have leaflets. So i have to send them my left data and the photos of leaflets, Is there any solution for this, if it there please do advice. thanks Praful xxxxx

On contract leftover data doesn't rollover. Are you on PAYG?
What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
