Hi! I live in nw6 and my 4g speed has been very very slow for the past week. The speed is fine everywhere else. Status cheker says everything is fine. Can you please check what's happening?

@tarkovsky You’ll need to call customer services about that. It might be worth reporting an issue from the status checker. Have you tried just restarting the device?

If the status checker is reporting no known issue, I'd recommend using the "report a problem" link on the site to send the details to EE networks for a check.
Are these reduced speeds consistent, or do they vary time of day?

I did try it. I tried using different device as well, same thing.

I'm not sure if the speed is slow throughout the whole day... I'm using 4g for few hours in the morning and after 6 pm... Sometimes it's good for a few minutes, then it slows down considerably. Speed test shows speed below 1 Mbps, ping > 150.
