My data is missing - didn't use it up but shows as zero data in the app.

I logged in to the EE app and one of my kids lines is showing up as zero data but he never used any data this month as his phone was turned off (he was abroad and using a different sim card).

Is he outside the EU & was it your billing date recently when your allowances refresh?
