Moving from T-Mobile

I want to move my number from a T-Mobile phone to EE.

 

On the website there is a link to a dedicated department for this.

 

The link only goes to a page which shows how wonderful EE think they are.

 

Am I missing the link I require amongst all the promos and adverts?

Your best bet is to ring Customer Service and ask to be put through to the T Mobile Team, the EE Website doesn't really cater for Orange and T Mobile any more.

Whilst your talking to the TM Team you might want to politely ask them what ensentivies or deals they can offer you in order to stay with EE as a long term TM Customer, I'm confident they can help you here.

 

Also just be aware once you move over to EE there is no turning back on T Mobile, but seeing as TM is getting switched off in the near future  probably a good time to move across.

Thanks, I already have a phone with EE but it is my wife's older phone that is on T-Mobile.

I have tried to ring a few times but there is always a long queue.

We want to buy 2 new PAYG phones and they are making it far more difficult than it should be.

It just annoys me that these hi tech companies struggle with such basic things, it is a wonder they can make anything work. 🙂
