Hi everyone
Am got new simcard EE but mobile data not run , I mean not show at phone
I thought not activated my simcard but it already activated in ee app
Any idea

@kipps_1986 Do you have a data allowance? Text AL to 150 to find out.

But I can receive message

Pay monthly or Pay As You Go? If you have no data allowance, you won't be able to do things such as browse the internet or download arbitrary files.
Is your mobile phone unlocked or at least unlocked for the EE network?
Has that mobile phone been able to use mobile cellular data before?
Do you have an old unlocked phone you can check that SIM in?
Is the SIM able to make and receive calls, and send and receive text messages in the mobile phone in which you are testing cellular data access?
Is mobile data enabled on the phone your are testing?
Can you borrow another SIM to check whether mobile data is accessible on the phone your are testing?
The below questions may require a search online to help you check these.
Is the APN set correctly?
Does your mobile phone receive an IP address as shown looking at the network status and network settings?
