Mobile Hotspot - Blocking Voip

Hi there, I have an unlimited Data add-on, which im using for my hotspot. I use my phone to hotspot and then connect with my laptop for faster internet than the ruddy wifi in this house atm lol

Only issue is....if i use my hotspot connection, in the game im playing, it wont let me use the games voip.

I searched this issue and there was a solution given in 2019 i think, (which i tried to no avail)

I could really use some help! Thanks!

Does this happen on more than one game? And the game's voice chat works when you're using WiFi?

This is only happening to me on one game. It work (oddly!) very briefly for like half a day and then it stopped again. It is working on just the houses wifi (currently talk talk with SHOCKINGLY horrificly bad speeds) but it just wont work with my hotspot!
