Tried to change my online banking phone number for my ukrainian banks to EE number. Verification SMS from one bank was successfully delivered but from another bank nothing has been received. This is the only option to verify mobile number and I'm very confused why one bank is allowed to message me and SMS from another bank is blocking. Bank support says that the problem is completely on carrier's side. Please help.

If you call us on 150 our technical support team will get your account checked to see if anything is stopping the texts from being received at our end for you 🙂
