After upgrading my contract a few days ago, I now cannot get 4G anywhere. I only get 3G. The upgrade was for the same data that I currently have and nothing else should change apart from the new phone I have received and a slight increase in contract price, Of course.
However I am still waiting for the new phone so I’m on my old one and now I can’t get 4G anywhere at all!

@KatieERoberts changing to a new contract has no bearing on the signal that you receive and I think your find is pure coincidental have you checked the network status checker ? You can do that HERE and then click the check status tab.
