Gifting data

The gifting data is not working! It keeps saying install app again which I did! And still not working !

The data gifting isn’t working for me either. The family member with no data cannot be be gifted any data

I have the same issue, on both web and app.  They both seem unable to pull the amount of data for some users and then we get the message shown above or the website Gift Data button does nothing.

I would recommend giving us a call and speaking with our technical care team who can complete full diagnostics.
