5G = no service

I’ve been a BT customer and subsequently an Ee customer for a lot a years, and my takeaway of the current data service is that a) I’m lucky if I get a service at all, and b) if it says 5G then it isn’t actually a service;.

5 bars of 5G = no service (can’t use any apps, including email, txt message, apps, etc)

5 bars of 4G = no service (can’t use any apps)

2 bars of 4G = Great service.

This is just not good enough. Its a con!

When are you going to provide a 5G and 4G service that actually works, not just pretends to work?

The onscreen bars are just a rough indicator of signal strength.

If you're having problems using your phone when coverage is shown - regardless of radio technology - you should report those.

Do other EE users have the same problems as yourself at the same locations? That's a good test of whether your issues are device or network related. If your issues are general, it could be your phone.
