Hi, my allowance date is 18th of every month. I'm on am essential plan which gives me 100gb of giftable data. As of 2nights ago i tried gifting my data to other members on my account and my actual number/handset (in My EE app) isn't available to actually gift anything... I've also logged in on website and its saying there's a problem (in red) and underneath that it says "were working to fix this problem"
Does anyone know what's going on?

Yes, it just told you. There's a bug in the system and EE's trying to fix it.

The system said that on the website not on the EE app, plus no one at EE CS knew what was going on... And none of them told me there was a bug in the system or knew there was an issue.
Neither could they tell me what will happen once fixed. By the time it is fixed I probably would've lost most of the giftable allowance right?
So no, not just as simple as "it just told you"

The CS you speak to aren't the same peeps investigating the bug.
