I received this text that said I should be getting unlimited data for the next 30 days as a birthday gift however, I just received a text saying I have used all of my data for the month ?

What does it tell you when you go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status on your Web Browser using the Sim that gave you the Gift.?

Once your plan allowance has been used the unlimited data will start for you 🙂

I'm having this problem also. I'm my EE it is showing that I have 30 days unlimited data but after using the initial 10gb that I pay for in my contract, I now have no data access. It has been days since my unlimited data was confirmed but I still have no access to it. Any help will be greatly appreciated 🙏
